Website enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we store the name, telephone number, suburb, service and message you provide so your plumbing request can be handled. The page you used and any campaign identifiers in its link may also be recorded to understand where enquiries come from. Please avoid including sensitive information or access codes.

Contact and sharing

Your details are used to respond to your request and arrange the work. Hosting and enquiry-delivery providers process the information needed to operate this service. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the details appear in a message for you to send, and WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply. An enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

Cookies and measurement

The website can remember your cookie preference. When optional Google measurement is configured, it loads after you allow optional cookies. It measures website visits, successfully sent enquiries and clicks on the call and WhatsApp links. Form names, phone numbers and message text are not sent as analytics event parameters. You can change your preference through Cookie settings in the footer.

Security and retention

Enquiry records are held in hosted storage with access restricted to authorised service operators. Basic abuse prevention temporarily uses a hashed network identifier. Information should be kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, agreed work and applicable record-keeping requirements.
