Enquiries and bookings

A form submission or WhatsApp message is a request for contact, not a confirmed booking. Availability, the visit, access arrangements and the person authorised to approve work must be agreed directly with Muzee.

Scope and pricing

Quotes depend on the requested work, assessment, parts and access. Any call-out, inspection or additional work charges should be discussed before you authorise them. The website does not offer a fixed arrival time or a universal call-out price.

Service information

Geyser work covers conventional electric geysers only. Solar geysers, gas geysers and heat pumps are excluded. Bathroom and kitchen services describe plumbing work; other building trades and electrical work must be agreed separately with an appropriate provider.

Photography

The Our work section uses photographs supplied by Muzee. Decorative bathroom and kitchen imagery and the hero installation animation are illustrative and are not presented as photographs or video of completed Muzee projects.
